Francine has worked as a freelance photographer in New York for both The Wall Street Journal and The New York Times. Before joining Submarine in 2021 as a Development Executive, she worked as Head of Development at Vice Media Benelux and as Creative Strategist at Hearst Nederland. In both roles, she was responsible for branded and independent productions, spanning both fiction and non-fiction.
Patrick has worked in several producing roles for companies such as Kudos Film & TV, Shine Pictures, and Bankside Films over the course of his career. He was later promoted to Head of Development and Production, acting as an Executive Producer for films such as A Kid Like Jake (2018) and I See You (2019). In 2020 he joined Submarine as a Producer & Development Executive, working across a slate of development projects with talent including Stephen Daldry, Mark Williams, and Leonardo Fasoli.
Phil Molloy is a writer, showrunner, and development executive, working across TV and film for children's and family entertainment. He was a Director and Producer at Turner and Mattel Creations before he moved to Submarine’s Amsterdam office. He worked on Netflix, Amazon, Nickelodeon, NBC Universal, Cartoonito, and BBC productions as well as contributed to the BAFTA judging panel.
While completing his MA in Film Studies, Morris worked as a Film Coordinator for Imagine Film Festival in Amsterdam. Shortly after, he joined Submarine to work as a production coordinator for various documentary projects. In 2022, he started working as a project lead for Sublab, where he now oversees a range of digital and transmedia projects and events.
Bruno Felix and Femke Wolting are the founders and Managing Directors of Submarine, an independent film, television, and transmedia production company, spanning features, documentaries, and animation. Submarine boasts a roster of award-winning productions made in collaboration with an extensive network of internationally acclaimed creators. Together, they are also the founders and Managing Directors of Sublab.
